Return & Refund Policy

Returns (Unopened Pouches Only)

Atomic Muscles offers an unconditional return policy on unopened pouches only.

  • Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • To be eligible, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Opened pouches are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement under any circumstances.

To initiate a return, please email us at atomicmusclesofficial@gmail.com.
Once your return request is approved, we will share the return address.
Customers are responsible for sending the product back to the provided address.

⚠️ Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable to eligible unopened pouch returns.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified of approval.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Replacements

We offer replacement only (no refunds) in the following cases:

  • The product pouch is damaged during delivery (proof required).

  • The wrong product or flavor was delivered.

To request a replacement, please email atomicmusclesofficial@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos/videos showing the damage or incorrect item

Once verified, a replacement will be dispatched.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement:

  • Opened pouches

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards
