Return & Refund Policy

Returns (Unopened Pouches & Sealed Jars Only)

Atomic Muscles offers an unconditional return policy on unopened pouches and sealed creatine jars only.

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Pouches: The pouch must be completely unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Creatine Jars: The jar must be completely unopened, unused, and have its original inner seal intact and undamaged.

Any product that has been opened, used, or had its seal broken, removed, damaged, or tampered with is not eligible for return, refund, or replacement under our standard return policy.

To initiate a return, please email us at atomicmusclesofficial@gmail.com.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address. Customers are responsible for sending the product back to the provided address.

⚠️ Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable to eligible returns of unopened pouches or completely sealed jars.

     

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, you will be notified whether the return has been approved.

     

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

     

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Replacements

We offer replacement only (no refunds) in the following cases:

  • The product pouch or jar is damaged during delivery (proof required).
  • The wrong product or flavor was delivered.
  • The product seal is damaged or appears to have been compromised upon delivery (proof required).

To request a replacement, please email atomicmusclesofficial@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos/videos showing the damage, damaged seal, or incorrect product

Once the issue is verified, an eligible replacement will be dispatched.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement:

  • Opened pouches
  • Opened creatine jars
  • Creatine jars with a broken, removed, damaged, or tampered inner seal
  • Products that have been used
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards
